In 2021, Web Ink partnered with a design agency to develop a series of mobile-responsive landing pages for Finish Dishwasher Tablets. Our primary objective was to develop these pages in a way that allowed the client to retrieve data regarding competition entrants and choose a winner from among them. In this case study, we will describe our involvement in this project and the success we achieved from a web development perspective.
Challenges:
The primary challenge in this project was to develop a series of mobile-responsive landing pages that could cater to thousands of entrants while ensuring the client could easily retrieve the data they needed. Additionally, we had to ensure that the pages were user-friendly and had an attractive design that would appeal to the target audience. Another challenge was to integrate a secure database system that would store the entrants’ data and allow for easy retrieval.
Solutions:
To address these challenges, we employed a number of solutions. Firstly, we chose to build a light and fast custom wordpress website, which ensured that they were mobile-responsive and could handle a large number of entrants. We also implemented a user-friendly interface and an attractive design that would appeal to the target audience.
Secondly, we integrated a secure database system that would store all entrant data and allow for easy retrieval by the client. This system also ensured that the data was secure and protected from unauthorized access.
Thirdly, we implemented a validation system that ensured that all entrant data was valid and complete before being stored in the database. This helped to ensure that the client received accurate data and could confidently choose a winner.
Results:
The landing pages we developed for Finish Dishwasher Tablets were a huge success. They were able to cater for thousands of entrants and provided the client with accurate and complete data regarding the competition entrants. The user-friendly interface and attractive design of the landing pages also helped to increase engagement and improve the overall user experience.
Furthermore, the database system we implemented was able to store all entrant data securely and allowed for easy retrieval by the client. This ensured that the client received accurate and up-to-date data that they could use to choose a winner.
